You have received an item that is damaged or wrongly delivered. We understand that this is of course very annoying and it is of course not our intention.
Please don't try to repair it yourself first, because then we won't be able to do anything with it and the warranty will expire.
I have received an item that is damaged:
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the description of the complaint and the order number with one or more pictures.
There is no claim on the warranty in case of
- damage caused intentionally or through negligence;
- Inexpert use or negligent maintenance;
- Normal wear and tear;
- excessive perspiration;
- Defects caused by washing and/or drying;
- shedding of the garment;
- pilling of the garment;
- damage to/defective zips;
- damage caused by not or not correctly observing the instructions for use/washing instructions.
WRONG ORDER OR ARTICLE RECEIVED
I have received an order from someone else:
Please contact us by e-mail (email@example.com) and give us your order numbers. So the order number of yourself and the order that is not meant for you.
Also if you have received a wrong size or article please send us an email with your order number and what went wrong.
You can also contact us through Facebook Messenger but not through both channels because that's a waste of our time ;-)
