How does it fit and do you also measure articles?
Simone always wears her own size unless it is mentioned on the item. We understand that online it is difficult to estimate how something fits. It is not possible to measure items on request due to busy times. Therefore our size chart:

If an article is different, we will mention it. Is it not there than the article is on size. Simone is 1.68 and has size S/36. Daan is 1.78 and has size L/40. 

Do the jeans have a high waist? Then we mention it in the article.

The item is on: sold out - will it arrive?
Then the article is out of stock and probably will not come back. But this varies per article, because we get clothes every day. Therefore keep a close eye on our webshop and Facebook / Instagram. The stock of the webshop and the store are equal.

Can I have an article hung separately/reserved?
Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve items. 

Can I keep items in my shopping cart?
You can, but keep in mind that the turnaround time is quite fast and your shopping cart does not reserve items. So it may be that an item is still visible in your shopping cart but has already been sold out. In that case you will not be able to pay for the order.

Are all items that are in stock also available in the store?
Not all items you see in the webshop are currently available in the store. It may be that they are in the warehouse or that they still need to be delivered. Of course we have a very large collection in the store and it is very nice to come shopping. 

I want to add an item to my order, is that possible?
If it is possible we can add the item as a service, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it. How does this work:
Place a new order and select with the shipping cost. Put in the comments: Add if possible at order number #####.
If possible we will add the order to your previous order and credit the shipping costs. If not, the order will be sent to you separately and you will pay the shipping costs.

The article is suddenly back in stock, how is that possible?
We work 24/7 in the webshop. It is therefore possible that an item that was sold out half an hour ago is suddenly available again. This may be because a back order has been received or because an item has been returned. Unfortunately it is impossible to say when there will be replenishment or when items will be returned.

I want to change the color/size of my order, is that possible?
The orders are immediately sent to our warehouse and can not be changed.

I have not received a confirmation, what now?
After payment an automatic email goes to the email address you provided. The order has gone through correctly. If you have made a typo in your e-mail address it is possible that you have not received an e-mail. On your bank statement you will find the order number, this consists of 5 digits. 

I want to exchange an item, how does that work?
Would you like a different size or color? Send your ordered item back and place a new order for the item you prefer. 

What is: Pre-order delivery time ## days?
Sometimes an item will say Pre-order. This means that this item is already on order but not yet in our warehouse. As soon as we receive the product we will send it as soon as possible. 

The article is on: The article is sold out. The delivery time is ## working days.
Then the article can be ordered. We will, when the article is back in stock, send it to you as soon as possible. This can vary from 3 - 14 days, this is indicated as pre-order.

In the hectic it can unexpectedly go wrong with your order. That we find obviously very annoying for you.
What should you do? Send an email to info@leauvive.biz with your order number, complaint and a clear picture of the complaint.
Wait for a response from our side, sometimes it can take a while via email.
You can also send it to us via Facebook Messenger, but not both channels at the same time ;-) That's a waste of time.

Discounted (SALE) items and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. In the unlikely event you do return these items, you will not be refunded nor will we ship them back to you.
SALE is only available online and not in the store.
